At Silklocks, we want to ensure you are satisfied with the products you have purchased from us. We guarantee you will be happy with your purchase, however, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, then you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the order. You will have another 14 days to return the items purchased.

Items returned must be in their original condition with their original tags and packaging. Failure to meet this condition may result in a refusal of your return.

Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us and it is your responsibility to ensure that the return reaches us.

Upon receipt of the return, we will inspect the goods and if eligible, we will process a refund for you.
